Markus Reuter is research assistant in the bachelor degree course “Audiovisual Publishing” at the Department of Journalism of the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz. His research and teaching is focusing on the history, theory and aesthetics of fiction and documentary film. In his most recent research project, he is exploring the roots of tradition as well as the potential for innovation of interactive documentaries.
