
Chris Tedjasukmana
Assistant Professor / Freie Universität BerlinDr. Chris Tedjasukmana is a film and media scholar at the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, and principal investigator of the research project on Video Activism Between Social Media and Social Movements (funded by the Volkswagen Foundation). He is the author of Mechanical Vitalization: Aesthetic Experience in Cinema, which was published in 2014 in German. He is co-editor of the German academic journal Montage AV and member of the publishing collective Kitchen Politics: Queerfeminist Interventions. His research interests are digital publics, media theory, film theory, political theory, philosophical aesthetics, and gender and queer studies.
